soul. He has much to learn and his patients will bear the brunt
as he learns.
(friends name) is also new and
she must learn to trust her elders. This is all about learning
for everyone.
You are learning to be fully in service
in spite of your own needs. You are also learning to let go of
material things.
(friends name) must let go of
her judgments and accept the simplicity of life. Her problem is
caused by her judgments and self criticism. It is her
self-imposed punishment for not following the rules she imposes
on everyone else.
It all comes back to beliefs. Every
negative belief will ultimately result in disease and pain. It
is workable to prefer the feeling that result from certain
foods, but it is unworkable to condemn foods that produce
results that you do not prefer.
This is your lesson around coffee.
Regan condemned it and you accepted his negative assessment with
no regard for all it's benefits. Now you need it to help you
handle the difficulties of each day, and your own negativity is
beginning to hurt your back.
What you and (friends name) must
learn and know is that good and bad do not exist except
in the minds of ignorant humans. For all else there is merely
states of being.
