The page this was on was not dated. It was in a book after May 18, 2005, so I guessed.

I probably shouldn't have even posted this one, as it was a response to a direct question about my own physical needs resulting from the effects of a severe hernia. Maybe it will have some meaning for someone--who knows?

The question I asked was "Would this be an appropriate time for a cleansing fast?"

Fasting is not what you should be doing now. Eat lightly. Vegetables mostly with some fruit daily.

You must eat alkaline until your body has recovered.

Cooked mostly, with some raw
